Things we can help with

• Something prints wrongly. Tell us which tool or theme page you used, your paper size, and your browser and device (for example, Chrome on a Chromebook). If you can, paste the share link from the tool so we can see the exact sheet.
• A word list has a mistake. Spelling slips, items that don't suit the age group, or a missing word that everybody expects. We are glad to fix these.
• Ideas for new themes. Holidays, classroom topics or party types you'd like to see.
• Mega Pack questions, refunds and complaints. Include the email address you used at checkout and, if you have it, the order number from your receipt. We answer complaints within 14 days; the terms explain how they work. Questions about the payment itself can also go to Link, the Stripe service that sold you the pack, from your receipt email.
• Privacy requests. Questions about your data or a request to see, correct or delete it. See the privacy policy for what we hold, which for most visitors is nothing.

Before you write

A few quick fixes solve most printing problems:

• Check that the paper size in the tool (Letter or A4) matches the paper in your printer.
• In the print dialog, set scale to 100% or Default, and turn off headers and footers.
• If a long word looks squeezed, try a smaller grid or fewer cards per page.
• If Download PDF does nothing, give it a moment on a slow connection, or press Print and choose Save as PDF as the printer instead.

We can't make custom designs to order, and we don't accept sponsored posts or paid links. frogsdream is a small independent project, so there is no phone line or live chat, just the inbox above.
