Who runs frogsdream

frogsdream is run by a private individual in Poland as a small, unregistered activity (in Polish, działalność nierejestrowana). It is not a company.

The services we provide

All of these are free and need no account:

• online generators for bingo cards, word searches, scavenger hunts, word scrambles, bedtime routine charts and reward charts, which make printable sheets and PDF files in your browser
• an online bingo caller
• ready-made themed word lists, printable pages, guides and articles
• copy-and-paste codes to embed some of the tools on your own website
• share links that rebuild the same sheets for anyone you send them to

We also offer one paid product, the frogsdream Mega Pack, a download of ready-made PDFs. It is sold through Stripe, as explained below.

We may add, change or remove tools, themes and pages. The free services come without any guarantee that a particular tool or page will stay available.

Technical requirements

To use the tools you need a device connected to the internet with a current web browser (for example a recent version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari) with JavaScript switched on. If your browser blocks session storage, the tools still work, but your list won't survive a page refresh. To print you need a printer, and to open PDFs you need a PDF reader, which most browsers include. The Mega Pack is a ZIP file, so you need a computer or device that can open ZIP files and an email address for the purchase. Using the site is free, apart from the cost of your own internet connection.

When an agreement starts and ends

For the free services, an agreement between you and us starts when you open a page of frogsdream.com or start using a tool, and it ends when you leave the site or close the page. You can stop at any time, without notice and without giving a reason. There is nothing to cancel, because there is no account.

If you embed one of our tools, that permission lasts until you remove the code from your site, or until we withdraw it under the embedding rules below.

The purchase of the Mega Pack is a separate agreement with the seller, Link, made at the Stripe checkout. Your license to use the files starts when the payment goes through and does not end, as long as you keep to its terms.

Rules for using the site

You must not provide unlawful content through the site. That means you must not type into the tools, put on your sheets or share through a share link anything that is illegal, such as hate speech, threats, content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or privacy, or other people's personal data that you have no right to share.

You also must not try to break, overload or get around the security of the site, use automated scraping that puts heavy load on the server, or use the site to send spam or malware. You are responsible for what you put on your sheets and for making sure it suits the people who will play.

Free license for the tools and printables

You may print, copy and use the sheets you make on this site, as many times as you like:

• at home and with your family
• in your classroom, school, homeschool group, library, club or care home
• at parties, showers, weddings, reunions and other events, including community and charity events
• in online lessons, for example by sharing a PDF with your own students

You may not sell the generated files or printouts as a product, or offer them for sale as part of a bundle, on marketplaces such as teacher resource stores, print-on-demand shops or online craft stores. Using our cards at a school or charity fundraiser is fine, but charging players to take part or offering cash prizes can count as regulated gaming, so check your local rules first. Selling the cards themselves as printables is not allowed.

Please leave the small credit line at the bottom of each sheet in place when you share files with others.

Your content

The words and titles you type into a tool are yours. They are processed in your browser and are not sent to us.

If you create a share link, the list travels inside the link itself. Anyone with the link can see the list, so don't include private information.

Embedding our tools

You may embed the bingo card generator, word search maker and word scramble maker on your own website using the codes on our embed page. Please keep the credit link visible, don't present the tool as your own product, and don't charge people to use it. We may change or remove the embedded tools, and we may ask you to remove an embed from a site that is unlawful or harmful.

What belongs to us

The site design, the frog mascot and illustrations, the code, the written guides and the curated theme lists belong to frogsdream. You may quote short parts of a guide with a link back. Please don't copy whole pages, the mascot artwork or the tools to another website. The site uses the Fredoka font under the SIL Open Font License and the jsPDF library under the MIT License; their license files are published with them on this site.

The Mega Pack

Who sells it. The Mega Pack is sold through Stripe Managed Payments. The seller of record, also called the merchant of record, is Link (Sold through Link, LLC), a Stripe company. That means your purchase contract and payment are with Link, under the terms shown at checkout. Link charges any sales tax or VAT that applies, handles payment problems and disputes, and gives support for the transaction. We make the files and help you with them.

Price. The price is $7 in total, including any sales tax or VAT. Checkout may show the amount in your local currency. It is a one-time payment, not a subscription.

Delivery. Right after payment you are taken to a download page on frogsdream.com, where you can download the pack as one ZIP file. Bookmark that page to download it again later. You also get a receipt by email.

Mega Pack license. When you buy the pack, you get a personal, non-transferable license to:

• print the files as often as you like for your own home, your own parties and events, and one classroom or group, meaning the classes you teach and the groups you lead yourself, including your own homeschool
• hand printed copies to your students, guests and players
• keep copies of the files on your own devices

You may not resell, share, sublicense or give away the files or the ZIP, upload them to a public or shared website or drive where others can download them, or use them to make products for sale. Each teacher who wants to use the pack needs their own copy.

Immediate delivery and the right of withdrawal. The pack is digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium. When you buy it, you expressly ask for it to be supplied immediately and confirm you know that, once the download has started, you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal that consumers in the EU otherwise have (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and Article 38(1)(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act). So we do not give refunds for a change of mind once the pack has been downloaded. If you have not started the download, you keep your right of withdrawal and can cancel within 14 days by emailing us.

Faulty files. If a file is damaged, won't open, is missing or is not as described, email us. We will send you a working copy, and if we cannot fix the problem within a reasonable time, you get a full refund. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe.

Your statutory rights. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer law if the files are faulty or not as described. You can also contact Link support about your purchase.

Complaints

If something on the site or in the Mega Pack doesn't work as it should, you can make a complaint (in Polish, reklamacja). Email us and include:

• your email address, so we can reply
• what the problem is, and which page, tool or file it concerns
• when you noticed it
• what you would like us to do
• for the Mega Pack, the email address you used at checkout and, if you have it, the order number from your receipt

We will reply by email within 14 days of receiving your complaint. If we need more details, we will ask, and the 14 days count from when we receive them. Complaints about the payment itself, such as a double charge, can also go straight to Link support from your receipt email.

No warranty for the free tools

We work hard to keep the free tools working and the word lists accurate and suitable, but the free site and its printables are provided as is, without any promise that they will be error-free, always available or right for your particular purpose. Please check a sheet before printing a whole class set.

Games and charts are for fun and learning. The bedtime and reward charts, and any guide that mentions children's sleep or behavior, are general ideas, not medical, psychological or professional advice. For scavenger hunts and outdoor games, the adults running them are responsible for supervision and safety.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, frogsdream is not liable for indirect losses or for losses caused by using the free tools, such as wasted paper or ink. Our total liability relating to the Mega Pack is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for harm caused intentionally or through gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Your mandatory rights as a consumer are not affected by anything in these terms.

Solving disputes

If you are not happy with our answer to a complaint, please tell us, and we will look at it again. If you are a consumer, you can also use free out-of-court help. In Poland, that includes your local consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów) and the regional Trade Inspection (Inspekcja Handlowa). The Polish competition and consumer protection office keeps a list of these bodies at polubowne.uokik.gov.pl. Consumers in other EU countries can get free advice from the European Consumer Centres Network. Taking part in out-of-court resolution is voluntary for both sides.

The European Commission's online dispute resolution (ODR) platform closed in July 2025, so we don't link to it.

Some pages link to other websites, for example sources for facts in our guides. We don't control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when we add a new service or the law changes. We will publish the new version on this page with a new date at the top before it takes effect. A change does not affect a purchase you already made or take away a license you already have for a Mega Pack you bought.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Poland. If you are a consumer living in another country, choosing Polish law does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts there. Otherwise, the courts of Poland have jurisdiction. If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest still applies.
